You are still here ? Excellent ! So let's discover my roots... I was born in a small village in the south: Portel des Corbières. The grapes of which I am the fruit are grown with deep respect for the vine and the natural environment. My grape variety is Lledoner Pelut, a close cousin of Grenache noir, giving fresh and tannic wines. During the winter, Leslie and Loîc came to carefully prune the old goblet vines. Throughout the year, Baptiste and his team on site worked hard to prevent crop diseases through natural treatments. When it was time for the harvest, Loic and a band of happy pickers came to harvest the berries by hand. Once this work was done, an expedition was organized to bring the fruit of the harvest back to Thonon-les-Bains, where my youth took shape! Once I purged myself of my youthful imperfections, I could finally be bottled for the delight of the curious, bon vivants and tasters of all kinds... So, happy? Health!
