Farigoule liqueur

La Farigoule is a syrupy. Digestive alcohol typical of Provence, it comes from a blend of two varieties of officinal thyme cultivated by us. This culture in AB is done with few organic fertilizers and a reasoned management of irrigation to obtain an optimal rate of thymol. During the tasting, thanks to the essential oil of the two cultivated varieties, extracted in wine alcohol, you will find a very powerful and long-lasting thyme taste that will remind you of Provence, and your grandmother's cooking. The color, initially dark green, will change over time. Indeed, this drink is unfiltered to preserve its flavors. This title is 23.5% / vol., so it can be drunk as a digestive. This drink, to be served very cold, facilitates digestion after a good meal. This product draws its flavors from the essential oil: for optimal tasting, it should be consumed within six months.
