Black Malt Liqueur

Black Malt is syrupy. It is a malt liqueur roasted by us, resulting from the maceration of Hordeum Vulgare barley seeds in alcohol. During the tasting, thanks to the aromas of roasted black malt extracted in wine alcohol, you will first find notes of black coffee. Then, a subtle taste of gingerbread and honey that will coat your mouth, for a powerful sensation. The dark brown, almost black color may lighten over time. Indeed, this drink is unfiltered to preserve its flavors. This drink is 23.5% / vol., so it can be drunk as an aperitif or digestive. This drink, to be served very cold, goes well with a coffee at the end of a good meal, you can also taste it in a blond beer. This product draws its flavors from the essential oil: for optimal tasting, it should be consumed within six months.
