Cane sugar*, WHEAT starch*, corn maltodextrin*, natural vanilla flavouring*, EGG yolk*, gelling agent: carrageenan, EGG white*. Ingredients to add: For 240g of preparation = 1 liter of milk and 1 liter of cream. Preparation (5 mins): In a deep dish, pour 240g of preparation into 1 litre of cold milk and 1 litre of liquid crème fraîche. Dilute the preparation. Bring to a boil while stirring. Pour into ramekins and place in a cooling cell (or keep cool).
