Beef Bourguignon

Pieces of beef with bourguignon (paleron, scoter, round of deposit ...) of 500g in total. Chef's advice: In a casserole dish, brown with a knob of butter, onions, pork belly, mushrooms and carrots until browned. Drop the garnish in another dish to brown the pieces of meat in the same casserole dish. Then add the garnish, 50g of flour and a bottle of red wine. Cook the set at covered for 45 min over high heat, then simmer for 2h30 over heat soft. Serve with the garnish of your choice.
