Monsieur Fermier's minced beef

Two minced beef of 125g or 250g in total. 5% fat content for tender, flavorful meat. We have created a new recipe with Guérande salt (1.5g) and pepper (0.1g). In a burger, with a good homemade mash, or with fries Crispy, Monsieur Fermier minced meat will delight the whole family. Chef's advice: In a very hot pan, add a hazelnut of butter and cook the minced meat for 2 minutes on each side. The mince may darken over time, this is normal. we don't add any product to keep it bright red, this is only due to the natural maturation of the meat.
