Two beef flanks of 200g or 400g in total. The flank steak is a first choice, it is tender and tasty meat. Chef's advice: In a very hot pan, add a knob of butter and cook the piece for 3 minutes on each side for rare cooking, you can also cook it on the barbecue. Serve with the garnish of your choice.
