Pig ribs

A pork rib weighing 500g in total. Chef's advice: In a dish, mix 2 large tablespoons of ground ginger, 1 clove of garlic, 1 large tablespoon of honey, 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of sauce salted soybeans, a dash of water, a pinch of salt and a little fresh coriander. Add the ribs to the mixture and leave to marinate for 10 hours. Place the well-drained rib in a roasting pan. Bake at 210 ° C for 50 minutes, basting the meat with a little marinade during cooking.
