Korma curry is a traditional dish of India, known for its rich taste and creamy texture. 

It is prepared with a base of meat or vegetables, simmered in a sauce composed of yogurt or cream, enriched with a mixture of spices. 

The taste profile of Korma varies, but it is generally mild compared to other Indian curries.

 The nutty notes of fenugreek complement the roundness of onion, garlic and turmeric, balancing with the freshness of ginger, fennel seed and clove.

 This spice blend can be used as a dry marinade or mixed into yogurt. 

To reveal the aromas, it is recommended to roast the spices in a little oil, butter or ghee at the start of cooking.
