A fresh, crisp green yuzu spiked with a lively and racy. What is yuzu? Yuzu is a citrus fruit resulting from the hybridization of an ichang papeda lemon and a bitter mandarin. If it is today a must on gastronomic tables, you should know that it has been so for nearly 1300 years and it is to the Tang dynasty (618-907) that we owe its importation to Japan, today leading producer. In perfumery, yuzu brings a distinctive bitterness to the top notes without losing its pulpy side, a particularity highlighted by a bouquet of aldehydes and green citrus fruits in our Yuzu.
