Chef Enzo Petté A great classic based on black olives, which pays homage to the famous tapenade and revisited with Chef Petté: crushed black olives, mixed with the sweet notes of fig. All enhanced with a touch of IGP Provence all-flower honey, for a delicate result. This creation inspired by tapenade and transformed into olivade is tasty and slightly sweet: ideal for varying the pleasures and flavors as an aperitif or in cooking! Recipe developed in Provence with simple ingredients.
