Cuméo bay is a wild Nepalese bay. Its citrus flavor will sublimate most of your dishes, whether savory or sweet. Also called "Cuméo pepper", this false pepper is traditionally used to accompany mushrooms but it will work wonders with seafood, vegetables and meats; as well as fruity desserts. You can use it whole (in infusion), crushed or previously ground for an explosion of flavors.
