Orriss & Son are a a small batch sauce producer, specialising in fermented chilli sauces. Each of the three sauces has the ability to take your dishes to another level and however you like to use your sauce, whether neat at the table or during cooking, acheiving kitchen wins has never been easier. ‘Even Flow’, our original recipe hot sauce. Based on fiery & fruity habaneros with red & smoked chillies, tomato & apple expertly blended, seeking to deliver that defined chilli ‘hit’. It is the hottest of the range & seriously addictive. 'My Wave' Piri-Piri Hot Sauce takes its inspiration from the classic & now familiar Piri-Piri seasoning. Fresh, fermented & dried chillies are combined with peppers, tomatoes & cider vinegar, along with the traditional lemon, bay & garlic, bringing a fresh piquancy & balanced salinity to a host of dishes. 'Fresh Tendrils' is based on the subtle heat of fresh & fermented green jalapeños. Balanced with green peppers, apple juice, earthy nettle and mint this tasty green sauce imparts a vibrant acidity, starting with a gentle heat... transforming into a big tang! Orriss & Son’s sauces are produced in small batches to ensure maximum freshness & integrity of flavour. Being proudly Vegan & Gluten Free, Orriss & Son sauces are great for;
