The winery is located directly in the Weinviertel in Lower Austria on the Czech border and covers 40 hectares. The family business is now in its third generation, but since 2013 rock'n'roll has arrived with son René and his wife Ramona.
With the latest technology in the vineyard, a freshly renovated wine cellar and the new label "Rockabilly Weinkult", the Pollaks are now rolling up the wine world from the back.
For Ramona and René, the “rockabilly” attitude to life goes everywhere and goes particularly well with their wines. With their rockabilly wine cult, the Pollaks create the perfect combination of innovative, iconic lifestyle that inspires international enthusiasm and traditional wine knowledge and craftsmanship from the Weinviertel.
There are ten fine wines at Rockabilly Weinkult: In the base line there are six white wines from the grape varieties Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Weißburgunder, a rosé and a red wine cuvée. The premium line is "The Intern" with three whites from the Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Chardonnay grape varieties, which are specially vinified. Crunchy, full of character, with great fruit for perfect drinking pleasure.
