
Maceration of juniper berries and 14 other aromatic plants in grain alcohol. Addition of 100% Burgundy Chardonnay and Pinot Noir brandies. 3 months minimum rest in stainless steel tank. Finished for 3 months in Moscatel barrels. Hand-applied wax headdress, pink color. Tasting notes Rich and nuanced nose of juniper enhanced by spices, ginger and lemongrass, then a pleasant bouquet of wine notes. Attack of botanical, fresh and fruity aromas with a floral touch. The sweetness of the Moscatel brings a lot of roundness and finesse on the palate. The wine nobility is expressed in pure tasting but also in cocktails.
