Sankt Pauli is honest, open, cheerful and non-conformist.
The cheeky mouth is just as much a part of good manners as the sweet nightlife. That is why the Pauli Spirit spirits neither have to rest for years in old barrels, nor are they bottled by virgin dock workers when the moon is full.
We simply make honest, well-crafted and special spirits with a love of detail.
They are an homage to the Hamburg district of Sankt Pauli with the Reeperbahn and the harbor and to the people who shape this district with its uniqueness.
With our spirits, we want customers, fans and others to experience the diversity of Sankt Pauli.
PAULI SPIRIT is the umbrella brand of Sankt Pauli Spirituosen GmbH, which is the owner of all brands and rights. In addition to AHOI Rum, HOOK Gin and the HOOK Double Orange2 Gin, the brand family also includes other spirits such as Pirate Coffee, Lümmel Kümmel, Hansekraut, Sankt Buca and Klötenlikör.
All products are positioned, marketed and distributed both online and in stores. All spirits are bottled & labeled by hand. Sankt Pauli Spirituosen GmbH is an owner-managed company and is operated by Stephan Bollmann.
