St Petroni is a Spanish aperitif made from albarino, a white grape from Galicia. The Albarino grape variety is considered prestigious by wine experts. The recipe draws its inspiration from the nature of the Galicia region with its 29 botanical extracts including wormwood, rosemary, thyme, sage, sweet orange and hibiscus flower. Historic in soul and Galician in character, St Petroni Rouge is a vermouth that transcends time and rediscovers the ancestral flavors of Galicia.
