Aromatic, dried rubbed Sage in a resealable pot to retain freshness. It has a savory, slightly peppery flavour is essential to many European cuisines. In British American cooking, it is traditionally served as sage onion stuffing with chicken or turkey. We like to add it to soft butter, then pack it under the skin of the bird before roasting.
