This white wine is made using the “blanc de noir” technique from early harvested indigenous Kalecik Karası grapes from the 10th plot in the Vinkara vineyards in Ankara-Kalecik. The wine has a straw yellow colour with golden highlights and has aromas of flowers, green almond, nectarine and citrus. In the mouth the wine has an oily, fleshy texture and a full structure. Thanks to its fresh acidity, the wine has a refreshing taste and complexity, making it a suitable accompaniment to various dishes. Drink it at 8-10 degrees and serve it within 2-3 years with wild mushrooms, organic poultry, aged cheeses, creamy pastas and seafood.
