Curiosities about Clementines Clementines are a particular variety of mandarins, similar in size to mandarins, but with a smoother rind and a barely noticeable acidity. Harvested between October and February, clementines are one of the most particular and appreciated Calabrian fruits, for their aromatic and juicy flavour and for the absence of seeds. Rich in vitamin C and potassium, clementines contain a good amount of water, which makes them diuretic and refreshing.
