Fermentation for 2 weeks on the lees. After that the skins are used to make grappa. Then refined in steel tanks before bottling. 12.5% vol. Jammy, roasted aromas of black cherry, eucalyptus, black raspberry. Compote of plums, cherries soaked in vanilla. Generous flavors of cherry, toasted vanilla on balanced and mellow tannins. A small guard will embellish this nectar!
