Sunny Farm – Nero d'Avola DOC Sicily Certified Organic and Vegan

Vinification in classic red for 10 days. Racked then malolactic fermentation before bottling. It recalls the typical characteristics of Sicilian landscapes. Velvety aromas of ripe fruit, fruit jam, marasca cherries, plums, notes of violets and liquorice. Nice balance between tannins and freshness, deep, structured, long in the mouth without aggressiveness.
