REMOVAL AND STORAGE The fully ripe and partly shriveled grapes come exclusively from our Riesling sites in Pfaffstätten and Tattendorf. After the very careful harvest, the grapes are gently processed by hand. In order to preserve the fruitiness typical of the variety and to guarantee drinking pleasure, this wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Typical of our sweet wines is a rather higher acidity, which makes drinking pleasure. WINE DESCRIPTION The only remaining sweet type of wine in the otherwise exclusively dry range of the winery, which is pressed every year. Always fine and polished, good to drink in its own way, subtle alcohol brings carefree enjoyment.
