An idea was born during a trip to the Spanish highlands to visit my wife's grandmother, Laura. We took this idea to Germany with care, filled it in small porcelain stoneware bottles and gave it away to our loved ones. The enthusiasm and interest in our great oils were huge. We immediately realized that we had to give even more people the opportunity to experience this great feeling!
With passion, lots of love and the Spanish sun, the single-origin olive oil is produced on Finca La Moncloa with the help of our friend and organic farmer Rufino. The result is a particularly high-quality extra virgin olive oil, as it is only harvested once a year and cold-pressed on the finca.
