Voatsiperifery black peppercorns

It is an exceptional pepper with floral woody aromas, fresh lemony notes reminiscent of long pepper. Less pungent than black pepper, its spicy taste enhances red meats, shellfish, fatty fish, duck and desserts such as chocolate fondant. Like all peppers, it must be added at the end of cooking.
