Let me tell you a story. My name is Greta and Cannamella is the dream that I fulfilled over the years. Cannamella is this sweet caramel sauce that I make: natural, without any preservants and is so perfect to dip some fruit slices, cheese slices, drizzle on ice-cream or just to lick it out of spoon.
Cannamella was created out of my huge love and passion for sweets. From the very early age I used to make big noises at the kitchen trying different sweets to cook. BUT caramel, oh gosh, that was something special for me. As far as I remember myself the queen of the deserts was absolutely CARAMEL. That is how it all started. Caramel was not just a top desert for me but eventually it became my whole life.
I’ve chosen to study food technology and engineering which I knew was right path for me. Studying my third year I started to do some experiments in laboratory. After failing so many times, burning some pots, damaging walls and burning my fingers – Cannamella was ready to see the light of this world. Two years of experimenting recipes I created this perfect caramel sauce.
The only one, made with loads of love and warmest feelings – this is what Cannamella is all about. I created 5 different kinds of caramel to match any taste and find a place in everyone’s heart.
