This single malt is aged in oak barrels and then refined for a few months in Pedro Ximénez barrels, which gives it a palette of flavors rich in dried fruits, caramel and grapes.
 This cask finish from Pedro Ximénez combines the essence of French whiskey with the sweetness of Spanish sherry.
