Sunshine in a pot!       For the onion chutney, Confiture Parisienne chose to use Roscoff onions, an emblematic vegetable of Brittany with a mild and sweet flavor. 
They are delicately sliced ​​by hand by our jam chefs. 
The onions are then caramelized in olive oil and chestnut honey. 
This unique recipe can be enjoyed on hot goat cheese toast or as a base for a fig and walnut tart.
