All the ingredients used in the composition of the sauce come from French organic farming, such as tomatoes and chard which come from the Jardin de Cocagne de Saint-Faron in Meaux. This organic permaculture farm managed by the Arile association is located close to our production workshop and employs people in professional reintegration.
