
The Vigna Moresca Moscato Liquoroso Igt di Sicilia wine is produced with Moscato Bianco and Giallo grapes, whose vines have particularly adapted to the soil and climate conditions of our generous and fertile land of Sicily. Format: 750 ml Characteristics: - Grape variety: Moscato (100%) - Production area: Agro Marsala - Training system: Espalier - Harvest period: September - Vinification: In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (16/18°C); after the first 5-6° of alcohol has been released during alcoholic fermentation, ethanol of wine origin is added up to about 16° to block the fermentation process and thus preserve a good part of the sugars and aromas of the must - Color: Intense golden yellow with coppery reflections - Smell: Intense and harmonious, with pleasant and pronounced notes of yellow peach, orange and mandarin peel, dried figs and dates - Taste: Ample and sweet nectar, full-bodied and with great structure, with a pleasant return of aromatic notes - Alcohol content: 16.00% vol. - Sugar content: 140 grams/liter - Wood aging: Minimum 3 months - Bottle maturation: Minimum 1 month - Pairing: Excellent dessert wine, it goes well with aniseed biscuits from Sicilian patisserie, chocolate desserts, jam tarts and artisanal fruit ice creams - Serving temperature: 12/14°
