Scallop in Galician Sauce ESPINALER PREMIUM RR-125

The scallops, although they have a great similarity to the scallop, are of another species and smaller in size.    The Natural Espinaler scallops are selected for their size and are cooked, shelled and gutted manually. 

Once washed, they are packaged by size in an artisanal way and accompanied with a broth made with natural products and according to a traditional recipe.
