Salmon Rillettes

In order to respect the natural flavors of salmon, the FAUCHON recipe has remained very simple: Atlantic salmon fillet and cream are the main ingredients. Fresh salmon is combined with salmon smoked in beech wood on the Ile de Groix, for rillettes that reveal their character
