nutmeg

Our nutmegs come from Trivandrum, capital of Kerala, on the Malabar coast in southwestern India. They are larger than average in size, and are rich in essential oils, which gives them great aromatic power, with a sweet bitterness and an endless length in the mouth. They are cultivated with respect for the environment and the ecosystem that surrounds it, and the workers who cultivate them are protected by the cooperative with which they collaborate.
