We are Alicia and Mercedes, we make snacks for everyone who is interested in their health and likes good taste: Henko Snacks, which was born during our university years, where we had a lot of work and little time and we opted for quick but unhealthy options. We create healthy and appetizing alternatives to avoid ultra-processed snacks. Natural alternatives that can be enjoyed by everyone, adults, children, celiacs, vegans, lactose intolerant, athletes, followers of the paleo diet or realfooder, athletes and even diabetics, since the sugar naturally present in dates is absorbed slowly, thus avoiding glycemic peaks.
