At the core of Oh!rganic lies the legendary Greek mountain tea, also known as sideritis. For generations, this herb has been cherished in Greece for its health benefits and delicate taste. Growing at high altitudes, sideritis thrives in rocky mountain soils where the air is pure and the sun is strong. These unique conditions create a herb unlike any other: soothing, aromatic, naturally caffeine-free, and deeply restorative.
We work closely with small-scale farmers in Greece who nurture the herbs straight from the field using traditional methods. Each plant is manually harvested, free of TA’s and untouched by industrial shortcuts.
From field to cup – an artisanal journey
Our process is as important as the plants themselves. After harvesting, the herbs are dried in tunnels on the fields, carefully processed to preserve their natural aromas and active properties. Unlike mass-produced herbalteas, every step in our production is done with intention and respect for tradition.
Once harvested in Greece, the herbs make their way to Belgium, where we handle blending and packaging. All done manually. This ensures not only transparency and traceability but also allows us to keep a close eye on quality.
