The rare and precious Whole Red Head Porcini Mushrooms, so-called "Boletus Pinicola" grow mainly in medium and high mountain areas, they are an excellent appetizer or a precious garnish for many dishes. Thanks to the high quality of the product and the craftsmanship, porcini mushrooms are known and appreciated all over the world. Ideal as a ready-to-eat appetizer, added to green and rice salads or to garnish serving dishes, excellent as an aperitif. Keep in a cool place away from direct light. After opening, keep covered with oil in the refrigerator and consume within a few days. N.B. the 212 ml jar is smooth while the 314 and 580 jars are of the jar type as in the photo
