Rust sauce with olive oil

Ideal to accompany fish soup (or to make toast as an aperitif). Our rouille sauce does not contain egg yolk. She is not of the Sétoise type. The recipe comes from Catalan country. It can be kept in the refrigerator for several days if you add oil on top.
