ORGANIC CHALOSSAIS FLAGEOLETS

Flageolet is a fine and tasty legume. Grown in the lands of the South-West, and cooked fresh in our workshop, it is the ideal accompaniment to all your lamb and mutton dishes. Our preserved flageolet will add a touch of the South West to your dishes. Proud of our Chalosse, we are happy to offer you this local vegetable in an artisanal preserve. Like lentils and chickpeas, flageolets are one of the legumes that reduce the absorption of sugar and fat. They are also appetite suppressant antioxidants which promote the elimination of toxins. They are low in calories: 84 calories per 100 The flageolet differs from the Tarbais bean, grown in Midi-Pyrénées, with its fine, melting flesh and balanced taste, and from the Ariégeois lingot, a long, white bean. The plus of the product: Product certified organic by Ecocert FR-Bio-01. Vegetables grown in Les Landes, Le Gers or Lot-et-Garonne, and cooked in our workshop. Preparation advice: Reheat in a saucepan or casserole dish with the juice for a few minutes then drain. Serve as an accompaniment to your meats.
