Madanille offers Bourbon Gourmet Vanilla from Madagascar, from eco-responsible plantations and without the use of phytosanitary products.
We highlight family know-how to offer, without any intermediary, a quality vanilla pod.
It was while searching for exceptional vanilla that we discovered a unique plantation, respectful of the environment and the product, in Sambava. This is where we fell in love with this spice.
We use a PEFC certified and recyclable box to respect our product. Our vanilla is classified Premium by a vanillin level between 1.8% and 2.7% and a humidity level of 30% when fully ripe.
