Madanille offers a Bourbon Gourmet Vanilla from Madagascar, from eco-responsible plantations and without the use of phytosanitary products.
We highlight a family know-how to offer, without any intermediary, a quality vanilla pod.
It was while looking for an exceptional vanilla that we discovered a unique plantation, respectful of the environment and the product, in Sambava. This is where we fell in love with this spice.
We use a PEFC-certified and recyclable box to respect our product. Our vanilla is classified Premium by a vanillin rate between 1.8% and 2.7% and a humidity rate of 30% at full maturity.
