Quetsch Delight - 20° - 70 cl

The quetsch is the emblematic plum of Alsace, with its purplish skin and its tangy yellow flesh. 

This reference from our range of creams can bring originality to your aperitif kirs, with a lovely Alsatian touch! 

Deliberately offered at a high alcohol level, it allows you to savor the flavors of a good stone fruit with a moderate sweetness.

 This cream is made by maceration of a puree of Quetsch in a blend of neutral alcohol and our Quetsch brandy. 

Adjusted with a sugar syrup, it is then reduced to the degree using Steige spring water before cold filtration. Tasting notes: • Nose: very discreet, with some notes of damson • Mouth: the acidity of this plum is revealed with a fair balance between the taste of the fruit and the sweetness • Finish: long with light core notes Usage tips : - In kir in a semi-dry white wine or a Crémant d’Alsace - In cocktails: lengthened with a tonic or with Seppi Spritz (sparkling water & Crémant) or with Communard (with a pinot noir) - As an extended aperitif with a blond or white beer - As a topping for vanilla or spiced ice cream balls; or on an iced kougelhopf
