Wild Raspberry Brandy - 45° - 70 cl

Raspberry is perhaps the most popular fruit in brandy, making it a classic for all spirits lovers. 

This fruit, so fragile and yet so fragrant, generates intense aromas during distillation. 

This Wild Raspberry eau-de-vie is a little less rounded than the cultivated Raspberry eau-de-vie but it is, however, more fragrant on the nose.

 This brandy is obtained by maceration of wild raspberries in neutral alcohol for 3 weeks. 

After distillation, it is stored in stainless steel vats, then reduced to the degree using Steige spring water; of great purity because it is naturally filtered by the Vosges schist; with cold filtration to perfect the manufacturing.

 Tasting notes: - Nose: very fragrant. 

The fruit expresses itself very intensely - Mouth: the taste of the fruit is intense and fresh. The tangy notes fill the mouth quite dryly - Finale: the freshness of the wild fruit persists Usage tips: - Pure as a digestive - As a cocktail or lengthened with sparkling water or soda as a long drink - In pastry to enhance the raspberry flavor in preparations or to pair with other flavors - such as chocolate (mousse)
