Its mozzarella envelope is filled with cream and small pieces of truffle with an incomparable scent. Once cut, its heart flows delicately... A visual as well as gustatory treat. Our truffle burrata is available in a 1x125 g tray. Best before date: 15 days from receipt at our warehouse (every Wednesday).
