Pancetta Tesa is a great classic of Italian cuisine. Along with guanciale, it is the flagship ingredient of the emblematic “pasta alla carbonara”!  Nicknamed “Italian bacon,” Pancetta Tesa is made from spicy pork belly. It is salted and dried for around three months and is meticulously flavored with Gargano herbs and aromatics – which you will find even in the sous vide in your room! Pancetta Tesa is gluten-free and is available in vacuum-packed pieces of approximately 1.3 kg with a shelf life of 6 months.
