The fig leaves used for the infusion come from an organic farm in Drôme and the ferments are also French. The mother tea, which represents 1% of the drink, comes from fair trade. •A valued production chain. By infusing the leaves of fruit trees, kombucha allows them to be added value and provides additional income to farmers. The benefit of these leaves does not stop there since they are dried and transformed by a hop grower in Hazebrouck.
