The coffee trees grow there under shade at an altitude of 1700m, the climatic conditions are combined to give this grand cru quality coffee cherries. A coffee with character that obtains its international recognition thanks to its aromatic complexity. The coffee cherries are picked by hand and then fermented. The washing and drying process are traditional. The beans are then sorted according to their size, color, weight and density for a constant and certified quality of connoisseurs.
