Long red pepper from Nam Bô (Vietnam)

Cultivated in the “Đông Nam Bộ” region in South-East Vietnam, this magnificent pepper is surprising because of its sweet, fig and date notes. When finely grated, its lively spiciness goes wonderfully with white fish, shellfish, poultry and citrus fruits.
