A beautiful, easy-to-drink umeshu, made with sake from Shiragiku. The nose is lovely with notes of almond, candied plum and also quince paste. It's discreet with a slightly tangy side. The palate has a sweet attack with moderate acidity. We find the notes that we had on the nose: orgeat, almond, dried apricot... The palate is light and delicate, with a hint of umami. Little by little, the apricot kernel appears, along with a jammy side. We end the tasting with flexibility. HASEnjoy in a wine glass, chilled (8°C).
