Olofssons Bageri is located in Överkalix Norrbotten. We bake bread with added value as our own produced barley flour, using berries from the local area. The same also applies to butter, milk and cream from Norrbotten farmers. All bread is baked with our own fine award-winning spring water. We are a proud supplier of quality bread that has a tradition since 1947. For us, local ingredients are a matter of course. We make food bread, coffee bread, pastries, flatbread and soft cake. All our flatbread and soft cakes are baked in a stone oven, which further increases the quality.
