Grapes & Sun Malvasia Passito

Uva e sole is the passito of the Nobili wines, the sleeping bunches remained on racks for a whole winter and delicately squeezed and closed in small barrels to give a real specialty for the discerning palate. GRAPES – Uva e Sole is made from 100% Malvasia Aromatica di Candia grapes. VINIFICATION – The bunches of Malvasia are left to dry in crates until they reach the right sugar content. DESCRIPTION – Wine with sweet hints of acacia honey and vanilla essences. Excellent dessert wine or in combination with spicy cheeses accompanied by jams.
