It sports a shade of beige and brown. This pepper is distinguished by its slight humidity which is very pleasant in the mouth. But also by its sweet and buttery scent evoking vanilla and certain pastries from our childhood. On the palate, it develops vegetal notes reminiscent of bay leaf and sage followed by a fresh touch of lemon balm and citrus. Directions for use: This pepper is ideal with shellfish, lobster, crab, white fish, sea urchins, crayfish, squid and cephalopods in general. Accompanies white meat, a cream-based dish, green vegetables, a salad or mushrooms. On a sweeter note, it is interesting with white chocolate, whipped cream or pastry cream.
